The integration of Buderus Edelstahl aligns with GMH Gruppe’s strategic growth plan, strengthening existing production areas, entering new market segments, expanding the product portfolio, and enhancing service quality for customers.
By combining Buderus Edelstahl with Schmiedewerke Gröditz and Kind & Co., GMH Gruppe solidifies its position as a market leader in the European tool steel segment, ensuring long-term supply security. Buderus Edelstahl’s mechanical processing and heat treatment capabilities complement Schmiedewerke Gröditz’s operations, guaranteeing that the production of complex open-die forged components continues to meet the highest global quality standards.
