The GKD Group in Düren has finalized its Management Board reorganization, appointing Ilonka von Bodman as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Lara Kufferath as CEO.
Bringing extensive international management experience and sustainability expertise, Ilonka von Bodman joins GKD from the Freudenberg Group, where she served as CFO for several subsidiaries over the past seven years. With a background spanning ten years at Deutsche Bank Group in Frankfurt and London, von Bodman’s focus at GKD will be to ensure financial stability amidst global expansion efforts while driving innovation and digitalization.
Lara Kufferath, who has been with the company for five years and joined the Management Board in 2021, has played a key role in GKD’s digital and sustainable transformation efforts and in overseeing global operations.
