GF to construct a high-bay warehouse in Seewis

The future of GF’s facility in Seewis (Switzerland/Canton Grisons) was ushered in with a ceremonial groundbreaking recently. The comprehensive modernization plan includes the construction of a new high-bay warehouse.
The ceremony featured the first step in the demolition of the old warehouse; a state-of-the-art high-bay warehouse designed in line with the latest ecological criteria will be built instead. This first phase will take around 20 months.
The exterior and interior of the office building, as well as the surrounding areas such as parking spaces and access roads, are also being expanded or newly built. The renovation of the office building will create a representative area for customers, with a showroom featuring GF products and meeting rooms for customer presentations.
