FuelCell Energy announces release of draft decisio

FuelCell Energy Inc. has announced that the Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control (DPUC) has released a draft decision on a proposed fuel cell project with the company’s Direct FuelCell(R) DFC(R) technology. In the draft decision, the DPUC rejected a proposal by Enron North America and the Connecticut Resources Recovery Authority (CRRA) to fund 26mw of fuel cell power plants through the state’s Conservation and Load Management (C&LM) fund.
