Frank Ketelaars is the new Director of Region Americas in DNV GL – Oil and Gas. In DNV GL’s recently published Energy Transition Outlook shows significant shifts in US federal energy and climate change policies. Commenting on his appointment, Ketelaars said that he is looking forward to leading a team who will continue to help give customers the support and foresight needed to succeed during the substantial changes in the next few decades.
