Walter Surface Technologies has improved the performance and productivity of trimable Enduro-flex™ flap discs by adding more zirconium grain and an additional top coating. More zirconium extends the grinding life and removes more metal with each flap disc. A newly developed top coating provides additional lubricating and cooling agents to enhance grinding performance on steel and stainless steel. Enduro-flex’s trimable plastic backing lets the operator use the entire disc while always maintaining a grinding edge that can be used in corners or for grinding on edge in tight spaces.
