Fastener company moves to one, bigger site

To cope with the need to remain competitive and for the further expansion of its production facilities, Chesterfield-based Stainless Steel Fasteners Ltd has now consolidated its two sites into one much bigger site. The new site is located next to one of their previous sites and directly across the road from the other. The new site means that the company has over 25,000 sq ft available floor space and will increase efficiency through a more modern, single-site operation. The company believes the new premises will lead to consolidation of the manufacturing operation and a reduction in product lead times. Established since 1965 Stainless Steel Fasteners manufactures an extensive range of non-standard fasteners including bolts, nuts, stud bolts and washers.
