Expansion confirmed at VM Export

Hearing rumours of expansion at VM Export, SSW recently took a quick trip to Belgium to speak to Business Developer Maxence Nobels. He happily confirmed the company’s plans. “Currently we are working out of a 13,000m2 stocking facility, an extra 5,000 m2 is to be added very soon. We consider our warehouses as key assets for competitive differentiation. It allows us to have a superior flexibility to buy, supply and combine large tonnage within tight time frames at competitive prices.â€?

What will not change, notes Transformation Manager Manu Minne, is VM Export’s focus on top quality materials and products. “VM Export stocks and deliver worldwide, a wide range of flats, longs and tubular products, in carbon and stainless steel, including AISI 904L/W.NR 1.4539/UNS N08904/Uranus. Clients especially come to us when faced with demanding applications and they need the reassurance of materials drawn from quality sources.â€?

Further underpinning VM Export’s successes, continues Mr Nobels; “We are not just investing in a building: we are implementing a new dynamic as well as a new strategy in order to take VM Export into the future. This will include to continuously put our client’s requirements at the heart of our priorities and adapt our services and grades (in stock) accordingly.â€?

“VM Export is a family-owned company where we really do focus on quality and where we are proud to be a unique one stop solutionâ€? concludes Mr Minne. To learn more, why not come and meet us at the Wire & Tube show in Germany this April. There will be a warm welcome in Hall 3, stand G02.â€?
