Evgeny Maslov has been confirmed as the managing director of Ural Steel by the Board of Directors of Metalloinvest. He previously combined the roles of managing director and chief engineer. Maslov has also been elected to Metalloinvestâs Management Board by the Board of Directors. Dmitry Burtsev has been appointed as the plantâs chief engineer.
