EnerMech secures Talisman contract

EnerMech has been awarded a multi-million pound contract to manage the UK North Sea offshore crane assets of Talisman Energy (UK) Limited. The five-year contract, with two additional one year options, is the Aberdeen-based mechanical engineering group’s largest single contract award and includes the operation, maintenance, engineering and inspection of more than 30 offshore cranes located across Talisman’s 11 UKCS offshore installations. EnerMech will manage offshore crane operators and mechanics, while an onshore management team will provide project management and technical support. Engineering teams in Aberdeen and Bristol will deliver structural, hydraulic, mechanical and instrumentation services to the contract.
