Eisele presents hygienic tube connection

Having many years of experience in the development of high-quality solid metal connectors of stainless steel, Eisele, the Waiblingen-based company had recently presented the first tube connection for the food industry constructed entirely according to hygienic design criteria.
The new stainless steel connector of the Eisele CLEANLINE series fulfils all important criteria for use in the food processing industry and is constructed entirely according to the regulations of the European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG). On the outside and especially on the top it is completely sealed by FDA-compliant seals made of EPDM. The outer contour is rounded and micro-machined to minimal roughness (Ra <0.8 µm) to prevent any accumulation of impurities and also to facilitate cleaning of the connection. The same applies to the inside of the connection, which is manufactured from stainless steel 1.4404. It is completely free of dead zones and can be cleaned simply by flushing. The inside is hermetically sealed by two seals so that no liquid can penetrate the connector from outside.
