Edgen appoints new President

Edgen Corporation has appointed Dan J. O’Leary as its President and COO. In this position, O’Leary will be responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of Edgen and its seven subsidiaries. Edgen CEO Jay Roccafort, who had been serving as the company’s president, will continue to serve as CEO, focusing primarily on strategic growth. As part of the company’s business expansion efforts, Edgen executive Bob Gilleland has been named Senior Vice President of Business Development. O’Leary holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Tulsa and has nearly 25 years of experience in energy industry products and service. Most recently, he served as President and COO of the Stupp Corporation, a carbon steel pipe manufacturer serving the oil and gas industries.
