DuPont has named Jeanmarie F. Desmond as its vice president and controller succeeding Barry J. Niziolek who has served the company for 34 years.
Desmond, who joined DuPont in 1989, held the post of general auditor and chief ethics and compliance leader. Previously, she spent her career in leadership roles in controllership, investor relations, tax, and financial planning and analysis.
Desmond earned a B.S. in Accounting from Mt. St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Md. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International.
