SPX Corporation has signed a multi-year agreement to develop a manufacturing
facility in Tianjin, China. The new operation will be developed in cooperation with Tianjin Economical Development Area (TEDA) and will be dedicated to production of advanced Single Row Air Cooled Condenser (ACC) technology. The new facility will provide a total annual capacity of approximately 6000 ACC bundles capable of providing cooling for an additional 6000 MW power plant capacity per year.
