Kenneth Vareide has been appointed by DNV as the new regional manager responsible for maritime and offshore class operations in North and South America. Mr Vareide has held several senior management positions within DNV. Since starting his career in DNV as a structural approval engineer, Mr Vareide has served in different capacities in Houston, London, Korea and Norway and has been responsible for providing technical, advisory and consulting services related to maritime and offshore applications.
