Eriks has again extended its range of ANSI valves with the Flowseal high-performance (HP) butterfly valve of Crane Process Flow Technologies. Among the materials used are stainless steel, Alloy 20, Monel and Hastelloy C. This valve has already proved its quality in numerous applications in the petrochemical industry, the oil and gas (offshore) industry and tank storage. The type of body is wafer (ring type) and lug type, with pressure classes of 150, 300 and 600 lbs. It is provided with an PTFE seat which makes the valve 100% tight in both directions. It is operated by a lever or gearbox, to be automised by means of every type of electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator. The Flowseal HP butterfly valve completes the Eriks product range of butterfly valves.
