Maverick Tube Corp. has announced that Jim Cowan has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Maverick. Mr. Cowan is currently President of V&M Tubular Corp. Gregg Eisenberg, Maverick’s President and CEO stated, “Mr Cowan comes with significant operational experience in the tubular and steel processing businesses. He will have the overall responsibility for operations at all Maverick subsidiaries or divisions.â?
