Pump Engineering introduces the Badger Meter RC 860 control valve combining modulating control at medium to low flow rates with automated process control. It controls flow rates as low as a few mm per hour and pressures up to 10,000psi. The valve has a half inch body and raised face flanges so it fits directly into pipelines of the same flange size and rating. The features and options of these positioners include, self- diagnostics, IP65 protection, intrinsically safe in hazard area zone 1 or zone 2, explosion protection to Eex ia IIC T4, position feedback 4 to 20 mA and two limit switches. Standard RC 860 valves are available with body and bonnet in stainless steel, carbon steel.
