Clean gasoline production

BP has announced plans to invest over USD 110 million dollars on new clean gasoline facilities at its Cherry Point Refinery in the USA’s Pacific NW. With the addition of these facilities, the refinery will produce gasoline that exceeds all current and impending gasoline quality regulations. Design engineering for the project is being performed in Jacobs Engineering’s Houston and Anvil Corporation’s Bellingham offices. JH Kelly’s Ferndale
office and Bellingham-based Matrix Services will construct the new facilities.
BP hopes to break ground in May of 2003 and complete construction in June of
2004.
