CITIC receive TPG Accreditation for steel manufacturing

CITIC Pacific Special Steel has met rigorous audit requirements to become the first company in China to achieve the TPG (Transport and Power Generation) Accreditation for Steel Manufacturing.

CITIC subsidiaries, Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel Works Co., Ltd, based in Jiangyin, and Daye Special Steel Co., Ltd, based in Huangshi; both successfully completed the independent audits to achieve TPG Accreditation.

The TPG audit and accreditation program is an industry-managed supply chain oversight program for key critical manufacturing processes in the transport and power generation industries. Accreditation assures that critical manufacturing processes meet industry consensus requirements, leading to the production of high-quality end products, increasing reliability, and enhancing safety for end-users.
