CHK Oil Limited announced that Ms Chen Junyan has, due to her other work and business commitment, tendered her resignation as a non-executive Director. Ms Chen has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
