Centravis to supply 75 tons of pipes for Alabama Power

The Centravis company will produce 75 tons of seamless pipes for the American power plant Alabama Power, located near Wilsonville (Alabama).
The term of the agreement is Q3 2023. The pipes will be used for the boiler at the power plant. The supply agreement was reached by the American office of the company.
Alabama Power was built in the 1960s, after which several stages of modernization took place. In recent years, the power plant has been increasing its capacity to produce electricity from natural gas. The total capacity of the facility is more than 1.8 GW.
Centravis is the producers of seamless stainless pipes in the world, and it exports its products to more than 70 countries.
