Ensitech, the Australian product development company, has introduced a new pH-neutral solution to clean stainless steel welds in Europe. Member of Parliament for Pudsey, Leeds, Stuart Andrew, launched the TB-31ND Neutral Weld Cleaning Fluid for Stainless Steel.

Clough Downer GLNG contract

The Clough Downer Joint Venture (CDJV) has been awarded a circa USD 600 million unit rate re-measurable contract by Fluor for construction of pipelines, compression facilities and associated infrastructure relating to the Fairview component of the Santos GLNG project, located in the Surat Basin.

Sasol plans natural gas to diesel project

Sasol Ltd. (Sasol) has set its sights on building a plant, at a cost of up to USD 10 billion, that would convert natural gas into diesel. Coal-fired plant in Vietnam

Solar steam generators contract

Foster Wheeler AG has been awarded contracts to supply solar steam generators for two parabolic-trough power plants in Spain. The first steam generator will go to La Africana plant in Córdoba, in the Andalusia region.
