Fluor Corporation (FLR) announced today that it was awarded an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract by Dominion Virginia Power to build its new Brunswick County Power Station, a combined-cycle, natural gas-fired power station in Brunswick County, Va.
