AMEC wins HUC contract for Cygnus gas field
AMEC, the engineering and project-management company, has been awarded the hook up and commissioning (HUC) support contract for GDF SUEZ E&P UK’s Cygnus gas field development. The HUC support contract for the four Cygnus platforms follows on from the FEED and detailed design work executed by AMEC from its London offices.
Valerus bags Marcellus Shale compression contract
Valerus, a provider of integrated oil and gas handling and processing solutions, secured Pittsburgh-based EQT Corporation’s contract for providing15,000 HP of compression for two compression stations in southwest Pennsylvania.
