Swedish company Wilhelmsen Technical Solutions (WTS) signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Integrated Engineering Services (IES) based in Aberdeen, United Kingdom, strengthening its heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) offering to the offshore market.
