Tubacex acquires seamless tube business
Spanish company Tubacex, who specialize in the manufacture of stainless steel tubular solutions mainly for the oil & gas, petrochemical and power generation industries, has reached an agreement with Indian company PRAKASH STEELAGE to acquire 68% of its seamless stainless steel tube division, reinforcing the position of Tubacex in the fastest growing markets, especially Asia where the company plans to strengthen its presence with new commercial offices.

Ennsub completes work on Wheatstone LNG platform
Subsea products and equipment manufacturer Ennsub has successfully completed the design, manufacture, testing and installation of bespoke sealing systems for the Wheatstone Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) platform off the coast of Australia.
The company was approached by a tier-one marine contractor to design two different systems to provide an external and internal sealing system for 64-off 8” NS ballasting pipes located at each corner of the platform.
