Carpenter Technology Corp. has announced that Martin Inglis, a former Ford Motor Company senior executive, and Peter N. Stephans, chairman and chief executive officer of privately-held Trigon Incorporated, have been elected to the engineered materials company’s Board of Directors. The elections fill existing vacancies on Carpenter’s Board, which will now have 11 directors. All but one of Carpenter’s directors are independent directors.
