Canadian company expands offerings

Canadian-based company, Fidelity Stainless Ltd., distributor of stainless steel long products, stainless steel tubes and aluminum extrusions, has acquired PAC PVF Trade Inc. PAC PVF Trade Inc. retains an extensive portfolio of stainless steel PVF products and owns warehouses in Mississauga, Ontario and Vancouver, B.C. This acquisition increases both the product breadth and depth for Fidelity while expanding the company’s reach into the PVF market. Mike Unsworth and Dawson Campbell, PAC Trade’s founders, will remain with PAC for a short transitional period before retiring. Len Scott, who has been a part of the PAC Trade team for 11 years, has been appointed Manager of Sales & Purchasing. Len and his group will operate from PAC’s facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Fidelity plans to continue operating under the PAC PVF Trade brand for its PVF products and under the Fidelity Stainless brand for its long, tube and aluminum products.
