BUMAX named as one of the top ten export companies

The weekly regional newspaper Mitt Gävle has recently published its list of the top ten export companies in the Gästrikland district in Sweden. The list is part of a report compiled by the Swedish parliament’s Research Service (RUT). BUMAX is named as one of these ten largest export companies.

BUMAX is a world-leading specialist manufacturer of premium stainless steel fasteners in a variety of steel grades, including the world’s strongest stainless steel bolts. The company has its roots in the 1600s with a proud engineering and stainless steel manufacturing history, like many of the companies on the top ten lists.

Approx. two-thirds of BUMAX’ revenues come from exports to Europe, Australasia, and the US for customers in the marine, automotive, chemical processing, construction, and other industries with a need for premium quality fasteners for challenging applications.
