Elscint Automation manufactures various types of vibratory hoppers which can be used either for feeding of bulk powders or even components. These are also called stock hoppers.
The hoppers can be of various sizes according to customer requirements and can be provided either in stainless steel or mild steel. Every drive unit is supplied with a separate electronic soft start controller by which the feed rate or flow can be varied infinitely. Standard units are suitable for electrical supply of 230V, 50Hz and 110V/60Hz. Any of the five models of Elscint linear vibratory feeders, i.e. Elscint I, II, III, IV and V are used for these. Totally encapsulated type coils with adequate power for particular models are used.
