Bugatti Sport equipped with exhaust cover from APWORKS

The new Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is equipped with a 3D printed exhaust cover from APWORKS.
The technically sophisticated exhaust cover of the Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport is made from titanium. This manufacturing method enables a component with extremely thin walls and thus helps to save weight in the right place.
Additive manufacturing is the suitable manufacturing method for this, since it enables a high degree of design freedom. The exhaust trim is part of the exceptional rear design of the Chiron Pur Sport. The low weight of the exhaust cover contributes to the newly adjusted aerodynamics of the hyper sports car, which is designed for driving on extremely winding roads. This new Chiron is a Chiron that is even more aimed at agility and cornering dynamics.
The exhaust cover is also resistant to high temperatures due to the fact that it is made of titanium, as this material combines high strength and good heat resistance. This is a prime example of an optimized high-performance component that is made possible by additive manufacturing and at the same time meets the highest quality standards and the requirements for road approval.
