Bridget Sparrow will be the new Site Director of Dow Terneuzen from 1 March.
Sparrow started her career at Dow Corning in Barry, United Kingdom, then went on to work as the plant’s production manager in Midland, Michigan. After working as a human resources manager, engineering manager, and operations manager in the United Kingdom, Sparrow joined the Zhangjiagang site (China) in 2007 as a human resources business partner. Since 2010, Sparrow has worked as a business manufacturing technology leader for Dow Corning. She also led the integration of Manufacturing & Engineering and Public Affairs from Dow Corning to Dow. As of August 2018, Sparrow has been responsible as a site leader for Dow’s production site in Stade (Germany).
