Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) recently announced that Bart Heijermans (51) will be nominated for appointment to the Board of Management with ultimate responsibility for the Offshore Energy division with effect from September 2018. His appointment will be on the agenda of an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held during mid of August.
Mr. Heijermans has extensive experience and a sound track record in the offshore industry, recently serving as CEO and board member of subsea services provider DeepOcean. Prior to that, he held various senior management positions at companies including Helix Energy Solutions and Shell.
