Bonavista Energy Corporation has appointed Robert G. Phillips to its Board of Directors.
As the current chairman, president and CEO of Crestwood Midstream Partners and Crestwood Equity Partners based in Houston, Texas, and a highly respected energy executive with over 30 years of experience, Phillips brings an intimate knowledge of the North American midstream market and strong public company executive expertise to Bonavista. Prior to Crestwood, Phillips held various management positions including president and CEO at Enterprise Products Partners, El Paso Corporation, and Eastex Energy.
