The Pro Screw bevelled flexible screw conveyor has been developed to ease the handling and increase the throughput of problematic products that may be cohesive or otherwise difficult to convey. A new bevelled screw design increases interaction with difficult products such as titanium dioxide, iron oxide and pigments or other smearing cohesive materials to encourage their forward movement. By placing more surface area in direct contact with the material, the stainless steel screw offers throughputs up to 7000kg/h depending on the bulk density and specific characteristics of the difficult product being conveyed. Applications include processing in the chemical and mineral industries.
