Bethlehem Steel Corp. has appointed Leonard M. Anthony as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Anthony will have overall responsibility for the company’s financial management activities and will retain the position of Treasurer. He succeeds Gary L. Millenbruch, Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, who recently retired. Mr Anthony joined the Credit Division of Bethlehem’s Finance Dept. in 1979. He progressed through various financial management positions, was appointed to the position of Treasurer in October 1999, and elected Vice President Finance and Treasurer in August 2001.
