Belgian regulator gets Mittal’s draft Arcelo

Belgium’s financial regulator said that it has received from Mittal Steel a copy of its draft prospectus for its bid to acquire rival Arcelor. The regulatory body, known as the CBFA, is to review the draft along with its peers in other countries where Arcelor is listed.
