China-based Baosteel Group has added Mr Zhao Xia and Mr Dai Zhihao as the two new deputy general managers in the new round of top management substitution. Mr Dai Zhihao deputy manager of Baoshan Steel has been promoted to the Group’s deputy GM. Former chairman of Bayi Steel Mr Zhao Xia has also been appointed Baosteel Group’s deputy GM, who still spends most time handling Bayi Steel’s issues and seldom comes to Shanghai.
