1550 cold-rolled products are positioned as quality home appliance plates and auto plates. The project has practiced independent integration and equipment localisation in larger scope to enormously reduce construction investment, and has optimised the plant layout, rationally determined equipment configuration and reduced crossing of underground facilities to save investment and facilitate construction. At the commencement ceremony, Chen Weidong, party secretary of Baosteel Engineering & Technology Group and Zhang Jinxian, general manager of CMTCC Shanghai Shisanye Construction, undertook to conduct refined management, standardise operation and work safely according to the construction objective of maximum efficiency to build the 1550 cold rolling project into a first-rated one.
