The board of directors of ASCOMETAL SAS has recently nominated M. Alex Nick, formerly CEO of North ArcelorMittal Long Products, as President of ASCOMETAL SAS. He succeeds Frank Supplisson who is undertaking a new entrepreunerial venture after 2 ½ years spent as Head of ASCOMETAL SAS. While the agreement allowing the acquisition of the steel mill of Saint-Saulve by Ascometal SAS is currently being presented to Unions and Competition Authorities, the new Président of ASCOMETAL SAS will have a mission to pursue the operational recovery of ASCOMETAL and lead the integration of the new steel mill. Christophe Cornier is nominated Managing Director in charge of the integration of the Saint-Saulve steel mill, with regards to financial, industrial and social aspects, as of October 3rd 2016
