Arcelor has received an inaugural âBest of European Businessâ? award which singles it out as one of the nine most competitive companies doing business in Europe. The award was handed over to Mr Guy Dollé, Arcelorâs CEO, at a ceremony organised in Brussels on 22 February by Mr Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and the Financial Times, the initiators of this competition. EU Commission Vice-President Mr Günter Verheugen and EU Commissioner Mrs Viviane Reding were present at the ceremony.
