Tectubi Raccordi, a subsidiary of Allied Group, has acquired a majority share in Gieminox S.R.L., a consolidated manufacturer of longitudinal welded pipes, fittings and auxiliary components in stainless steel, nickel and nickel alloys, duplex and superduplex. The new joint venture will be called the Gieminox – Tectubi Raccordi Welded Pipes Division. This venture reinforces one of Allied’s main manufacturing sectors and is another strategic step forward in the company’s expansion process as the Group can now face the market with an even wider range of high-quality products.
