Alfa Laval wins SEK 85M energy efficiency order

Alfa Laval, a world leader heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling company, has won an order from a Taiwanese engineering company to supply compact heat exchangers to a petrochemical plant in the US. The order has a value of approximately SEK 85M. It is booked in the Welded Heat Exchangers unit of the Energy Division, with deliveries scheduled for 2019.

The order comprises Alfa Laval Compabloc heat exchangers which will be installed in an ethylene glycol plant and used for a variety of process applications, including heat recovery, cooling and heating.
