AGR acquired by Silverfleet Capital

Norway-headquartered AGR Holdings AS (AGR) has been acquired by the independent European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital. The deal, worth EUR 195M is expected to be completed on or around end of August 2014.

AGR is the petroleum services division of Oslo-listed AGR Group. It is the world’s largest independent well management group.
