ADNOC Gas has appointed Fatema Al Nuaimi as Chief Executive Officer. Al Nuaimi, with extensive experience within ADNOC’s gas and energy sectors, is tasked with steering ADNOC Gas’ ambitious growth strategy focused on business expansion, decarbonisation, and future-proofing operations. Al Nuaimi currently serves as Executive Vice President for Downstream Business Management at ADNOC and brings a wealth of leadership experience to her new position. She previously held the role of CEO at ADNOC LNG from 2019 to 2022, during which she played a key role in advancing the company’s strategic initiatives and optimising ADNOC’s gas master plan. Al Nuaimi also holds influential positions across ADNOC entities, serving on the boards of ADNOC Offshore and Emirates General Petroleum (Emarat), as well as on the executive steering committee of ADIPEC. She additionally chairs ADNOC’s Gender Balance Committee, reinforcing the group’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
