ACNIS International acquires AEROMETALS & ALLOYS

ACNIS International, a supplier of titanium and high performance metals for the medical and aeronautics industries, took over AEROMETALS & ALLOYS, specialists in the distribution of advanced metals in the aeronautics sector.

Founded in 1991 by Paul-Etienne CARRILLON, ACNIS International is based in Villeurbanne and relies on its team of some 30 specialists to export its products around the world. AEROMETALS & ALLOYS, the ACNIS International Group will bring strong benefit to the aeronautics industry in offering not just titanium, but also a wide range of high performance metals and service solutions.

ACNIS International and AEROMETALS 84 ALLOYS will be working together to meet the most demanding requirements of its customers by harmonising their skills.

AEROMETALS & ALLOYS brings its expertise and accreditations with some of the major players in the aeronautics sector that provides a global solution for supplying titanium in varying forms to businesses in France and around the world. A new COO has been appointed at AEROMETALS & ALLOYS to assist with the implementation of the new service centre. This will enable more flexibility and responsiveness for timely deliveries on both short and medium term contracts.
