Aker Kvaerner will carry out front-end design for the acetic acid plant expansion and co-ordinate the total core plant FEED scope, including the new CO plant and interfaces with the off-site facilities. Lurgi Oel Gas Chemie, as subcontractor to Aker Kvaerner, will carry out front-end design for the CO plant.
