Watts Water Technologies, Inc. (Watts), a global leader in plumbing, heating, and water quality products and solutions, has completed the acquisition of the Industrial Company for Castings and Sanitary Fittings (Saudi Cast), based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Cast manufactures high-quality cast iron and stainless-steel drainage solutions for non-residential and industrial markets, with annualized sales of approximately USD 20 million. Following the acquisition, Saudi Cast will operate within Watts’ Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa (APMEA) region, expanding the company’s presence and capabilities in the region.
