Grenzebach has acquired the assets and intellectual property of New Hudson, a manufacturer of annealing lehrs. The acquisition strengthens Grenzebach’s position in the hot end and broadens its service portfolio for the glass and metal industries.
As part of the integration, Grenzebach will continue offering New Hudson’s full service cycle for annealing lehr rollers, including cleaning, refinishing, maintenance, and spare parts supply. The company also provides on-site roller cleaning services.
Additionally, stainless steel lehr roller refinishing will be carried out at Grenzebach’s facility in Newnan, Georgia, USA, where roller surfaces are restored to their original condition, ensuring maximum performance and longevity.
